FinesseFit

Finesse Fit is a place to come and feel motivated, encouraged and strong.  We are centered around community and connecting with others through fitness. The owners of Finesse Fit, Lexie and Kandi; are long-time friends who both have a love of fitness that turned into a passion of sharing that love with others.  What started as a casual conversation about the dream of opening their own fitness studio has turned into a reality.

Hi All, my name is Lexie. I am a wife and mom who is fiercely passionate about empowering women, especially through fitness. My fitness background is very diverse, from Crossfit to group fitness, sports to pilates, fitness apps to yoga, at home workouts, group workouts, running, cycling... I’ve done it all lol. However, nothing has made my body feel better than pilates and barre. Barre is FUN, tones your whole body and I’ve never loved instructing anything like I LOVE instructing barre.  

I am also a Stott trained Pilates instructor and teach mat Pilates and reformer pilates private sessions. Opening this studio is dream come true and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Finesse Fit.

I am a wife and mom of 3 who loves all things fitness related!  I have done everything from ballet to basketball and everything in between since I was very young and I’ve enjoyed it all.  My dedication to maintaining an active lifestyle has transformed into a passion for sharing that lifestyle with others and connecting with others through group fitness.  

I am Total Barre certified and currently completing my Stott Pilates certification programs. I am so excited to share my love of Barre, Pilates and fitness with this community!

Hi, I’m Flora Lucatero and if there’s anything I’ve learned in the past 12 years its how to get healthy and fit after having four babies. With each of my pregnancies I gained more than 55 pounds.
It was during this journey of losing that weight, that I found my love and passion to empower others with their health and fitness goals. I combine nutrition, my experience with CrossFit, running, and other fitness based programs to create sustainable solutions to getting and staying fit in our fast paced demanding times. I’m excited to bring what I have to work together, towards a healthier stronger you!

I am passionate about living a healthy and mindful lifestyle and eager to share my passion with others. I am a health and fitness enthusiast, certified Personal Trainer and Barre instructor, and an avid Crossfitter and runner. When I’m not at the gym I am running around with my two year old boy Maddox and new baby girl Selah. My husband and I love being active, playing sports, and are both passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. I am excited to help others become more aware of their bodies and learn what their bodies are capable of.

Barre

This 45 minute class is high intensity, low-impact, full-body workout that combines ballet, pilates, strength, and flexibility. All classes are choreographed to fun and energetic music in supportive and empowering class environment. We offer modifications or intensifications that will suit your fitness level.

Pilates with Props

As if pilates wasn’t already challenging enough? We have taken our mat pilates class and added props. You will use booty bands, pilates balls and weights for an extra challenge. This class is open to all levels.

HIIT

A high intensity 30 minute workout that helps improve cardiovascular fitness while burning calories. We use explosive, plyometric type movements along with both free weights and body weight to create lean muscle and burn fat.  Modification and low impact options are given to allow for all fitness levels.

Bootcamp

This bootcamp class uses the straps along with weights and other props for strength training and cardio movements.
